The tag currently in use is chillventvale-20, appended as a query parameter to a standard Amazon product URL. Clicking one costs nothing and changes no price. If a purchase follows, this site may receive a commission from Amazon.

What the arrangement does not affect

• Ordering within a category. Listings are ordered by how much they state about the job that category exists to do, and that ordering is printed on each category page so it can be checked.
• Badges. There are at most three per category, they are all different, and the top one has to answer the stated job of the category.
• Claims. Every product characteristic on this site comes from the listing and is written as such. No manufacturer or seller has reviewed, approved, paid for, or supplied any text here.
• Exclusions. Where a product is a poor fit for a room, the page says so. The skip lists on the room pages exist for exactly that reason.

On listing language

Some listings quoted on this site use phrases such as a capture percentage, a category of contaminant, or a phrase about relief from symptoms. Those are reproduced as the wording of the listing, always attributed to the listing, and never restated as a measurement, an outcome, or a benefit. This site makes no health claim about any product on it.

Prices and availability

No prices appear anywhere on this site, and no star ratings either. Both change constantly and a static page repeating them would be wrong within days. What a product costs is on Amazon, at the moment you look.
